     Enjoy some easy grill recipes and salads this week.  The feature recipe is the Quick Crab Cake Salad with Sweet Red Pepper Dressing.  It is one of our favorite summer suppers!

     We know May is crazy with baseball games and end of the year recitals, so don't forget to check out your favorites box to plan out your menu of tried-and-trues.  Try out something new over the weekend like the Tilapia Tacos and frozen mojitos.  Have a wonderful Mother's Day!

     After a weekend of Easter eggs and chocolate bunnies, we were inspired to send out an extra healthy menu this week.  So get ready for summer with some of our favorite dishes that are a little on the lighter side.  And don't forget to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with the Margaritaville Tilapia, Grilled Vegetable Fajitas and The Perfect Margarita!
