• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp lemon zest
• 1/2 tsp orange zest
• 6 oz white chocolate chips
• 1 pint(s) strawberries
1. Using your hands, mix sugar and citrus zest in a small bowl until sugar is slightly moist.
2. Microwave chocoate in a bowl, 45 seconds at a time, stirring after each, until melted.
3. Hold strawberry by stem and dip into chocolate, shaking off excess. Hold strawberry dipped end up and sprinkle with citrus sugar. Place on baking sheet lined with foil. Repeat with remaining berries. Chill until chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
