• 1 mango, peeled and chopped
• 1 bananas
• 1/4 cup(s) pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup(s) milk, skim
• 1/4 cup(s) plain yogurt, low-fat
• 1 tsp honey

1. Blend all ingredients in blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice.
2. Tweak to desired sweetness.

I freeze sliced bananas to use in smoothies (in place of the ice). Also, a dash of coconut extract really gives it the taste of the islands!
