Spinach and Jalapeno Dip

Yummy hot dip with a little kick. We serve it with pita chips or crackers.
 

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 2 cup(s) monterey jack cheese, shredded
• 1 can(s) jalapeno peppers (canned), chopped
• 3/4 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
• 2 tomato(es), chopped
• 10 oz spinach, chopped (frozen), thawed
• 1/3 cup(s) milk, 1%

1. Squeeze all water from thawed spinach. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Place in buttered dish. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
