• 1 large egg(s) • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp cumin • 1/4 tsp paprika, smoked • 2 cup(s) almonds
|  | 1. Preheat to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together egg white, salt, cumin,and paprika in a bowl. Add almonds and toss to coat.
3. Roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Transfer almonds to rack to cool. They will crisp as they cool.
