• 1 24 oz French fried potatoes, frozen, frozen • 3/4 tsp pepper • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
|  | 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Lightly spray two baking sheets with cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in a single layer. Bake according to package directions. (Halfway through, be sure to rotate pans.)
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with Lemon-Garlice Mayo, Chipotle Ranch Dip, or straight up ketchup.
Lemon-Garlic Mayo: Combine 1 T lemon juice with 2 minced garlic cloves. Stir in 1 c mayo and 2 T fresh parsley.
Chipotle Ranch Dip: Combine 1 T chopped cilantro, 1/2 tsp chipotle powder, and 1 c Ranch dressing. |
