Naked Grilled Asparagus

Serve this asparagus naked or dress it up with one or two of our suggested toppings: pine nuts, chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, crispy prosciutto, and / or a squirt of lemon juice.

DIRECTIONS

• 1 lb asparagus
• 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Heat grill to high.
2. Snap ends of asparagus. Toss asparagus with olive oil and season with kosher salt and pepper.
3. Place on grill (perpendicular to grates) for about 4 minutes per side.
