• 1/4 cup(s) brown sugar • 1/4 cup(s) yellow mustard • 1/4 cup(s) ketchup, low sod. • 3 slice(s) white bread, torn • 3/4 cup(s) milk • 2 medium egg(s), beaten lightly • 2 lb ground beef • 1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, finely chopped • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
|  | 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup and set aside. (This is your topping sauce.)
2. Combine bread, milk and eggs in a large bowl and mash it.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into muffin tin lightly coated with cooking spray(approx 1/2 cup portions).
4. Spoon 1 teaspoon of topping mixture on top of each meatloaf muffin.
5. Cook 25-30 minutes or until done. |
