DIRECTIONS

• 4 tilapia fillet(s), 4 oz each
• 1 lime(s)
• 4 tsp margarine (tub)

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place fish on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with all of the lime zest and juice from one lime. Top with a small pat of butter.
3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.

We live on a lake and catch crappie all the time. They are mild and flaky just not as thick as talipia., unless we catch a BIG one. I am trying this recipe on the grill with crappie tonight. Will let you know if the fisherman likes them.
