• 4 tilapia fillet(s), 4 oz each
• 1 lime(s)
• 4 tsp margarine (tub)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place fish on baking sheet coated with nonstick spray. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with all of the lime zest and juice from one lime. Top with a small pat of butter.
3. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until it easily flakes with a fork.
