• 4 cup(s) romaine lettuce
• 2 cup(s) cabbage
• 1/2 cup(s) almonds, slivered
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
• 2 tbsp mint (fresh), chopped
• 1 cup(s) carrots, julienne-cut
• 1 cup(s) snap peas
• 1 cup(s) mandarin oranges, drained
• 2 cup(s) chicken rotisserie, shredded
• 3 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
• 3 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup(s) canola oil
• 1 tsp sugar

1. Chop lettuce and cabbage. Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a toaster oven or in a dry skillet.
2. Combine lettuce, cabbage, mint, carrots, snap peas, mandarin oranges, almonds, and chicken.
3. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and canola oil.
4. Toss salad with dressing. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
