LA Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Avocado Relish

Eat up like the stars with this grilled chicken topped with California monterey jack cheese and avocado relish - yum! You can substitute plain avocado slices for the relish if you are in a rush - Still Yum!

• 4 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless, 3 oz each
• 2 lime(s)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 avocado, peeled and chopped
• 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
• 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1/2 cup(s) watercress
• 4 rolls, french
• 4 slice(s) monterey jack cheese (low fat)

1. Combine the juice of 1 lime and olive oil. Season with S&P. Pound chicken to an even thickness and marinate in the lime juice mixture.
2. Mix chopped avocados with 1/2 diced small onion, 1/4 tsp tabasco, the juice of 1 lime, and season salt and pepper.
3. Grill chicken for 7 minutes per side on medium-high heat (don't overcook). Place cheese on top during last 30 seconds of cooking and close lid.
4. Place chicken on each roll and top with avocado relish and watercress.
