Homemade Salsa

This salsa is quick to prepare and definitely worth the effort.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1/2 small yellow onion
• 1 handful cilantro (fresh)
• 1/2 jalapeno pepper(s)
• 3/4 tsp cumin
• 1/2 lemon(s)
• 20 oz diced tomatoes, no salt

1. Add onion, cilantro, and 1/2 jalapeno pepper (seeded) to food processor and pulse.
2. Add cumin, juice from 1/2 lemon and diced tomatoes and pulse until desired consistency.

Note: Add a little more jalapeno for extra kick.
