Gourmet Guacamole

This is a regular appetizer from the supper club girls.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 4 avocado
• 1 lemon(s)
• 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1/4 cup(s) red onion, diced
• 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 1 tomato(es), seeded

1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit and peel the avocados. Scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. Finely dice with a knife.
2. Add the juice from one lemon, garlic, and onion and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Dice tomatoes and add just before serving. Add more hot sauce to taste.

Fresh cilantro is a must in all guacamole recipes!

I totally agree with the previous comment. Fresh chopped cilantro is a MUST in guacamole. Also, when you make the recipe, put the stones of the avocados back into the dish to stop it going brown.
