• 4 avocado
• 1 lemon(s)
• 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1/4 cup(s) red onion, diced
• 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
• 1 tomato(es), seeded
1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit and peel the avocados. Scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. Finely dice with a knife.
2. Add the juice from one lemon, garlic, and onion and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Dice tomatoes and add just before serving. Add more hot sauce to taste.
