Servings: 4 - 6          Prep Time: 15 min.          Cook Time: 1 1/2 hours
Everyone loves homemade meatballs and spaghetti. Letting the meatballs simmer in the sauce for a few hours gives the sauce great flavor. The day after, serve the hot meatballs smothered in mozzarella or provolone cheese on toasted sub rolls.

I like to bake my meatballs in the oven for 30 minutes @ 350 in order for them to hold together. It seems to save me a lot of time since I can have the sauce simmering on the stove or in the slow cooker prior to adding the meatballs.
