• 8 oz cream cheese • 1 small cucumber(s), seeded and chopped • 1 tbsp dill (fresh), chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice (fresh) • 12 miniature bagels, split • 6 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
|  | 1. Process cream cheese, cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped), dill, and lemon juice in a food processor. Transfer to a small bowl. Season with a little salt if needed. Chill for at least 1 hour.
2. Place split bagels on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until toasted.
3. Spread cucumber mixture on each bagel half and top with smoked salmon. |
