Crab Stuffed Shrooms

Mushrooms + Crabmeat = Perfection!
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1 cup(s) crabmeat
• 1/2 cup(s) cream cheese
• 1/2 cup(s) parsley (fresh), chopped
• 1/2 cup(s) green onion(s), chopped
• 5 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
• 10 medium mushrooms
• 1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, parsley, green onions, and Parmesan.

2. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Remove stems. Stuff mushroom caps with crab mixture. Sprinkle breadcrums on top and spray with cooking spray (so they brown).

4. Place mushrooms on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Note: You can substitute 2 portobello mushroom caps.
