• 1 lb beef sirloin • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
|  | 1. Mix together beef, Dijon, Worcestershire Sauce with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and form 4 patties.
2. Place burgers on a hot grill and sear both sides for 2 minutes. Move burgers to cooler section on the grill and continue cooking for 6 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
3. Toast buns and serve with your favorite toppings. |
