• 1 can(s) hominy, 16 oz. • 1 can(s) black-eyed peas, 16 oz. • 3 medium green onion(s), finely chopped • 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped • 1 large tomato(es), chopped • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped • 1 medium jalapeno pepper(s), seeded and minced • 1/3 cup(s) parsley (fresh), chopped • 1/4 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped • 1/2 cup(s) Italian dressing, light
|  | 1. Drain hominy and black-eyed peas. Combine all ingredients (except salad dressing) in a medium bowl. Stir well.
2. Pour salad dressing over mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill thoroughly. Toss again before serving with your favorite tortilla chips. |
