Asian Lime Flank Steak

Servings: 6          Prep Time: 10 min. + 1 hour to marinate          Cook Time: 10 min.
We loved this flank steak and used it the next night for steak fajitas.
 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

• 1/2 cup(s) lime juice (fresh)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
• 4 scallion(s), thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp ginger root, minced
• 18 oz flank steak

1. Combine lime juice, soy sauce, scallions and ginger in a ziplock bag. Add steak and let marinate for 1 hour.

2. Coat grill grates with cooking spray and heat grill to high. Season steak with kosher salt and pepper and cook steak for about 10 minutes, turning once. Let rest for 10 minutes, thinly slice at an angle against the grain and serve.
